IFA is a small Virtual Airline with its headquarter in Reykjavik (BIRK), Iceland.
We do bush flying in small to medium sized aircraft (C172, C208, B350 and similar) with piston and turboprop engines. Our daily business are tourist sightseeing, special charters, SAR, scientific flights, emergency community services and a few scheduled flights to the larger airfields all over Iceland.
So if you're aiming for the big leagues, programming their flying computers like 787 or A380 to go to destinations all over the planet, you should look elsewhere.
If, on the other hand, you're a hands on pilot with a love for bush flying who doesn't shy away from challenging environmental conditions, IFA is going to be a perfect fit.
We'd love to see you around - any questions?

Maybe some of you have read the lovely book "Flight Of Passage - A Memoir" by Rinker Buck. It's a story about two teenage boys flying from coast to coast in a Piper Cub across the USA. We've created a tour (and a soundtrack!) which retraces as best as possible this grand adventure. Have a great flight!
I am also streaming my virtual Flight Of Passage on Twitch whenever I can find the time. I'd love for you to join!

Pick up our latest fleet addition, the refurbished C207, and ferry tourists along a much loved sightseeing route. Will you find a monster?
